Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the fatal stabbing of a man at 16302 El Camino Real about 8:45 P.M. on March 20.
Liliana Cervantes, 25, is charged with murder in the 482nd State District Court. A booking photo of Cervantes is attached to this news release.
She is accused in the death of Nathan Freeman, 32.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives D. Davis and D. Lunceford reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to an apartment at the above address and found Mr. Freeman inside suffering from a stab wound. Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced him deceased at the scene
Further investigation identified Cervantes, the victim’s girlfriend, as the suspect in this case. She was arrested on Monday (April 3) and subsequently charged for her role in the incident.
