HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at a car wash at the above address and found Mr. Dade deceased from a gunshot wound.  Mr. Modicue was transported by Houston Fire Department paramedics to the hospital.

A preliminary investigation and evidence from the scene determined Dade and Modicue were approached by two unknown male suspects who attempted to rob them.  Both men were shot by the suspects, who then fled the scene in the vehicle.
