| Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a female found at 3500 Cherry Street about 11:30 a.m. today (April 1).
The identity and cause of death of the female are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detective D. Stark reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to an industrial metal work business at the above address regarding a burned body found by a witness. The witness who found the body notified a railroad employee, who then called police.
The investigation is pending the female’s cause of death.
