Houston police are asking for the public’s help in locating a person of interest wanted for questioning in the fatal shooting of a man at 7250 West Greens Road about 11 p.m. on March 11.
The person of interest is identified as Kyle Coolack, 37. A 2021 booking photo of Coolack, who has not been charged at this time, is attached to this news release.
The victim is identified as Brad Coolack, 35, brother of the person of interest.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant C. Duncan and Detective K. Lovelace reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at an apartment complex at the above address and found Mr. Brad Coolack inside an apartment. He had been shot multiple times. Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced him deceased.
Witnesses in the area stated they heard two people arguing and then multiple gunshots.
