DAMAGE: $145,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Unintentional.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within four minutes to find heavy smoke coming from a roof of a townhome complex. They made an attack and conducted a primary search. The roof was ventilated, and crews made an aggressive stop on the fire and fully extinguished it. Firefighters from Stations 73, 21, 68, 48, 51, 82 and 59 responded to this incident.
