WHAT: Strip center fire.

DAMAGE: $120,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within four minutes to find a strip center with fire and moderate smoke coming from the roof area. They made an offensive attack and ventilated the roof. Crews made entry and conducted a primary search. The utilities were secured and two additional HFD units were requested. The fire was knocked down and the smoke was cleared from the business. There was no extension of the fire into the other businesses. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin. Firefighters from Stations 51, 2, 28, 68, 10, 37, 60, 73, 82, 76 and 57 responded to this incident.
