CAUSE: Unintentional.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within two minutes to find a three-story apartment building on fire. They made an attack and ventilated the roof. The fire was extinguished, and residents reported that apartment maintenance was welding on the railing prior to the fire. Crews from Stations 28, 68, 2, 37,51, 60 and 57 responded to this incident.
