| Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man found at 9601 West Montgomery Road about 4:25 p.m. on Monday (December 30).
The victim, Deandre Jackson, 26, was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives D. Higgs and J. Caten reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at an apartment complex parking lot at the above address and found Mr. Jackson had sustained an apparent gunshot wound. Paramedics transported him to the hospital.
At this time, there are no known witnesses or suspect(s).
