CAUSE: Failure of equipment or heat source.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within seven minutes to find smoke coming from a 1-story house and found a bedroom on fire involving a window ac unit. They made an attack on the fire and quickly extinguished it. A primary search was conducted with all residents accounted for. The utilities were secured, and the home was ventilated. 34 personnel responded to this incident, including crews from Stations 15, 31, 34, 30 and 67.
