WHAT: House fire.
WHEN: April 16, 2024, at 3:57 p.m.
WHERE: 3200 block of Chris Dr. at Richmond Ave., 77063.
INJURIES: No reported injuries.

CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within four minutes to find fire coming from the first and second floor of a 2-story house. They made entry into the home and forced entry through the garage. A primary search was completed, and the fire was extinguished. The home was vacant and had previously caught fire. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin. 45 personnel responded to this incident, including firefighters from Stations 10, 2, 28, 68, 3, 51, 60, 83 and 57.
