WHAT: House fire.
WHEN: January 26, 2023 at 9:18 a.m.
WHERE: 1200 block of Burning Tree Rd. 77339.
INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: $245,000 in estimated property saved.
DAMAGE: $55,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Unintentional (abandoned or discarded materials or products).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within five minutes to find smoke and fire coming from the attic of a 1-story house and made an attack on the fire. The roof was ventilated, and a primary search was completed. Once the fire was extinguished, crews completed property conservation and overhaul. Firefighters from Stations 30, 15, 64, 102, 63, 103, 104 and 101 responded to this incident.
