CAUSE: Failure of equipment or heat source.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within four minutes to find light smoke coming from a house. They made an offensive attack and conducted a primary search. The home was ventilated, and the fire was extinguished. It was determined that an electrical malfunction caused the fire. Crews from Stations 19, 34, 9, 12, 39 and 30 responded to this incident.
