WHAT: House Fire.
WHEN: July 27, 2022 at 5:12 p.m.
WHERE: 13100 block of Creekview Park Dr. 77082.
INJURIES: One civilian transported to the hospital as a precaution.
PROPERTY SAVED: $225,000 in estimated property saved.
DAMAGE: $25,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Act of Nature (Lightning).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene to find smoke coming from the roof of a 1-story house. They made an offensive attack and controlled the utilities. Crews conducted a primary search, and the attic was ventilated. The fire was brought under control and extinguished. One resident was transported as a precaution. Crews from Stations 76, 75, 73 and 59 responded to this incident.
