WHAT: House Fire.

WHERE: 9200 block of Fordshire Dr. 77025.
INJURIES: No reported injuries.

DAMAGE: $400,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Unintentional (electrical failure, malfunction, other).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within six minutes to find smoke coming from a house and made an offensive attack. They located and extinguished a fire in the attack. A primary search was completed, and crews completed salvage and overhaul. The wiring from the air conditioning heater unit had been smoldering and caused the fire. Firefighters from Stations 46, 2, 21, 3, 24, 37, 33 and 68 responded to this incident.
