WHAT: Apartment fire.

CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene to find an abandoned apartment building on fire and established a water supply. They made a defensive attack and ventilated the roof. Once the fire was controlled, crews used water from a tower unit to extinguish the hotspots. HPD responded for traffic control and HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin of the fire. Crews from Stations 15, 8, 19, 7, 17, 18, 25, 30 and Rescue 42 responded to this incident.
