CAUSE: Unintentional.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene to find smoke coming from a 2-story apartment building. A fire was found in the wall between the two floors. They extinguished the fire and pulled ceiling to check for extension. A primary search was completed, and the units were ventilated. It appeared the fire originated from a breaker box on the first floor after maintenance personnel said they were working on it when the fire occurred. 32 personnel responded to this incident from Stations 4, 5, 50, 67, 38, 77, 60 and 30.
