WHAT: Residential detached garage fire.
WHEN: May 21, 2023 at 3:26 p.m.
WHERE: 6300 block of Seven Leaf Ln. 77345.
INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: $496,000 in estimated property saved.
DAMAGE: $25,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under investigation, however, appears to be accidental at this time.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within five minutes to find a fire in a detached residential garage and made an offensive attack. They stopped the fire from spreading to the house and conducted a primary search. The fire was extinguished and HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin. 28 personnel responded to this incident from Stations 15, 65, 102, 103, 101, 30, and the Atascocita Fire Department.
