CAUSE: Unintentional (electrical failure, malfunction, other).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene to find fire coming from the roof of an apartment building. The fire originated from an air-conditioning unit on the roof. They extinguished the fire and conducted salvage and overhaul. The apartment below the AC was damaged. The American Red Cross was requested for the family. 33 personnel responded to this incident, including crews from Stations 10, 2, 68, 83, 51, 60 and 57.
