| Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man at 907 Oak Street about 8 p.m. on Wednesday (June 9).
The victim, 19, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers A. Velazquez and M. Combs reported:
The victim was standing alone in a parking lot of an apartment complex at the above address when a vehicle, described only as a blue SUV, drove past the location. One or more persons in the vehicle fired shots at the victim, striking the man in the leg. Paramedics transported the man to a hospital.
One suspect is described only as a Hispanic male.
