CAUSE: Unintentional.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within four minutes to find smoke coming from the side of a medium sized warehouse. They made an offensive attack and forced entry to find a truck on fire. The crews extinguished the fire with no extension to the warehouse structure. The building was ventilated and it was determined that workers had cut the fuel line while working on the truck, causing fuel to spill and start the fire. Firefighters from Stations 34, 30, 31, 58 and 15 responded to this incident.
