| Charges have been filed against two suspect arrested in the fatal shooting of a man that occurred at 16310 South Post Oak Road about 7:20 a.m. on January 25.
The suspects, Darrell Wayne Fletcher Sr., 55, and Darrel Wayne Fletcher, Jr., 21, are charged with murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, respectively, in the 400th District Court in Fort Bend County.

The victim is identified as Terrell Rodriguez, 57.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Holbrook and Detective R. Lujan reported:
Mr. Rodriguez was involved in a confrontation with two male suspects in the parking lot of a business at the above address. The suspects, who were unknown at the time, then shot the male before fleeing the scene.
Responding Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced Rodriguez deceased at the scene.
Further investigation identified the Fletchers as the suspects in this case. Fletcher Sr turned himself in to Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office on April 9. On Thursday (April 18), Fletcher, Jr. turned himself in to Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office without incident.
