Houston police have released surveillance photos of two wanted suspects in the fatal shooting that occurred at 6566 Homestead Road about 6:10 p.m. on Friday (January 20).
Surveillance photos of both suspects are attached to this news release. They are described only as black males in their late teens to early 20s. They fled in a 2002 silver Buick, four-door sedan with Texas license plates GDX5831.
The identity of the male victim is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives N. Henderson and L. Patterson reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a report of a shooting at the above address and found the victim suffering multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced deceased by responding Houston Fire Department paramedics.
Additional investigation revealed the victim was walking to his vehicle when a masked suspect exited his vehicle and began shooting at the victim. A second suspect also exited the vehicle and both began robbing the victim of multiple items. They then fled the scene east on Miley Street.
