WHAT: Travel trailer / house fire.
WHEN: October 30, 2023, at 9:47 p.m.
WHERE: 700 block of Granville Dr. 77091.

CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Firefighters arrived on scene within four minutes to find a travel trailer on fire with a nearby house catching on fire. They protected the nearby home and made an attack on the trailer fire. A primary search was completed, and the fire was quickly extinguished. CenterPoint was notified to secure the electricity and HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin of the fire. The trailer was a total loss. The house suffered severe damage to one side and in the attic, with water damage from extinguishment efforts. 35 personnel were dispatched to this incident, including crews from Stations 15, 4, 31, 58, 67 and 62.
