WHAT: Townhome Fire

WHERE: 9900 block of Sharpview, 77036
INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: $129,000 in estimated property saved.
DAMAGE: $7,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within five minutes to find light smoke coming from a 2-story townhome with a broken window. They made entry and extinguished a small fire on the first floor using a water extinguisher. A primary search was completed with no one found. Crews found and extinguished additional fires on the second floor. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause of the fires. Crews from Stations 10, 51, 83, 68, 28 and 82 responded to this incident.
