CAUSE: Contractor sweating a pipe in the wall.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within three minutes to find smoke in the garage of a 3-story townhouse. The structure was under renovation and the contractor had been sweating a pipe in the wall that caught fire. The HFD crews extinguished the fire and secured the utilities. The fire was contained to the area, with smoke in the attic and third floor. 42 personnel responded to this incident, including firefighters from Stations 9, 18, 6, 7, 8, 16, 24, 33 and 46.
