Charges have been filed against three suspects arrested in the fatal shooting of a man at 11818 Spring Grove Drive about 9:15 p.m. on June 27, 2022.
One suspect, Damuntrey Nunn, 23, is charged with murder and aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon in the 248th State District Court. Two other suspects, Chrishawn Jones, 23, and Jerry Lee Anderson, 26, are charged with murder and aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon in the 230th State District Court.

They are accused in the death of Timothy Dare, 29.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant B. Roberts and Detective L. Lange reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at the above address and found a male lying unresponsive in the driveway of residence. He had suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Houston Fire Department paramedics transported the victim, later identified as Mr. Dare, to an area hospital where doctors pronounced him deceased on June 28, 2022.
Further investigation identified Nunn, Jones and Anderson as suspects in this case.
Members of the Gulf Coast Violent Offenders and Fugitive Task Force arrested Nunn on September 27, 2023 and he was subsequently charged for his role in this incident.
Jones was arrested on October 3, 2023, by members of the HPD Gang Division Crime Reduction Unit and North Belt Patrol Division Crime Suppression Team and subsequently charged for his role in this incident.
On February 14, 2024, Anderson was charged for his role in this incident. He is currently in federal custody on unrelated charges. An August 2023 booking photo of Anderson is attached to this news release.
The investigation is ongoing with more possible suspects outstanding.
