Charges have been filed against a suspect wanted in the shooting of a female that occurred at 11239 Crown Park Drive about 5:05 p.m. on November 28, 2023.
The suspect, Ethan Tutson, 38, is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and unlawful carrying of a weapon in the 180th State District Court. He is known to drive a maroon Dodge Charger, with Texas license plates NSV8830, and a newer model gray or tan Chevrolet Impala with unknown license plates.

The victim, 51, was transported to an area hospital where she was treated and released.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officer S. Elias reported:
Patrol officers were flagged down by the victim and a witness at the intersection of Meadowfern Drive and Northborough Drive and told officers the suspect, later identified as Tutson, had shot at them at above address. Officers learned the witness had gotten into a verbal argument with Tutson, which then turned into a physical altercation. The victim got between Tutson and the witness and separated them. As the victim and witness walked away, Tutson produced a handgun and shot the victim more than one time.
Both the victim and witness fled the scene until they were able to flag down officers.
After further investigation and contacting the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, Tutson was subsequently charged. Tutson, who is known to carry a firearm, remains at-large.
