Suspect Arrested, Charged in Stabbing at 9420 Jensen Drive

Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the stabbing of two men that occurred at 9420 Jensen Drive about 4:50 p.m. on Monday (April 25).  

The suspect, Roger Clayton Price, 42, is charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the 228th State District Court.  A booking photo of Price is attached to this news release.

One victim, 51, suffered a severe laceration and was transported to an area hospital in stable condition. A second victim, 66, suffered a minor laceration and refused medical treatment.

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Detectives T. Youll and M. DeLeon reported:

A male suspect, later identified as Price, walked in to a business at the above address armed with a box cutter and assaulted one man without provocation.  Price then fled the business and, using the same weapon, assaulted another man waiting at a nearby bus stop.

HPD patrol officers responded to the scene and detained Price without further incident.  Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and transported the second victim to the hospital.,  The first victim provided a statement to investigators and, after consulting with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, Price was subsequently charged for his role in the incident.
