Houston police have released surveillance photos of a suspect and vehicle wanted in the shooting of a man at 11449 North Freeway (North Interstate Highway 45) service road about 8:45 p.m. on June 24.
The suspect is described only as a black male wearing a white shirt. The vehicle is described as a red four-door sedan of unknown make and model. Surveillance photos of the suspect and suspect vehicle are attached to this news release.
The victim, Edward Orozco, 32, is in critical condition.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Detective B. Godoy reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at the above address and found Mr. Orozco suffering from a gunshot wound. Officers learned Orozco was involved in an argument with the unknown suspect immediately before the suspect shot him. Paramedics transported him to an area hospital.
The suspect then fled the scene in the vehicle pictured below.
