WHAT: Structure Fire.
WHEN: September 12, 2022 at 12:21 p.m.
WHERE: 4100 Fulton St. 77009.
INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: $850,000 in estimated property saved.
DAMAGE: $50,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within four minutes to find a vacant building on fire. They forced entry through a gate and made an offensive attack. A primary search was completed, and the building was ventilated. The crews extinguished the fire and requested HFD Arson investigators to determine the cause and origin. HPD was also requested for traffic control. Firefighters from Stations 30, 19, 31, 9, 6 and 15 responded to this incident.
