WHAT: Storage / Garage Fire.
WHEN: October 16, 2022 at 9:24 p.m.
WHERE: 600 block of Northville St. 77037.
INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: Not available.
DAMAGE: $6,500 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within four minutes to find heavy fire coming from a storage building/garage. They made a defensive attack and cut the power to the building. Once the fire was controlled and extinguished, a primary and secondary search were completed. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin of the fire. Crews from Stations 15, 31, 64, 58, 74, 84 and 30 responded to this incident.
