ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within five minutes to find smoke coming from a restaurant that had undergone multiple renovations. They extinguished a fire in the interior ceiling and concealed awning area and checked for extension. A primary search was completed with no one found. After the fire was extinguished, it was determined the new copper piping had recently been installed and the soldering process most likely caused the fire. 48 personnel were dispatched to this incident, including firefighters from Stations 52, 23, 26, 70, 36, 61, 93, 94, 24 and Rescue 42.
