CAUSE: Failure of equipment or heat source.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within four minutes to find a small fire in a grease pit of a cooking area in a fast-food restaurant. They extinguished the fire with a dry chemical extinguisher and checked the roof for extension. No extension was found. The manager was advised they would not be able to cook or serve food and a health inspector was requested. Crews from Stations 2, 28, 83, 16, 60, 51, 24 and 57 responded to this incident.
