Persons of Interest Sought in Fatal Shooting at 12325 Hillcroft Avenue

Houston police are searching for two men wanted for questioning in the fatal shooting of a man at 12325 Hillcroft Avenue that occurred at 3:05 a.m. on Sunday (August 29).  

The persons of interest are identified as Robert Bichon, 22 and Marlon Garcia, 20.  Photos of both men, who are not charged, are attached to this news release.

The victim is identified as Luis Garcia, 33.  

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant S. Jimenez and Officer A. Dudley reported:  

Mr. Garcia was fatally shot following an argument and physical fight during a gathering at the above address.  Multiple persons were reported to be present during the events leading up to the shooting and some witnesses reported hearing shots after the altercation occurred in the front yard.  The suspect(s) fled the scene in an unknown direction.

Investigators would like to interview Messers Bichon and Garcia regarding their knowledge of this incident.
