The family member pushed back and Christian swung at him with a closed fist and struck him several times in the face, injuring him. A second family member attempted to restrain Christian and Christian began biting both family members .
Both men stopped fighting when Christian entered his bedroom with his girlfriend. Christian was heard yelling about paying bills and again, threatened to “beat” his relative. Christian then exited his bedroom and assaulted both family members in the kitchen. Fearing for his life the relative grabbed a steak knife and stabbed Christian in the shoulder.
