Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man that occurred at 6900 Werner Street about 6:55 p.m. on Friday (December 4).
The victim was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers A. Barker and M. Combs reported:
The victim was standing outside at the above address with friends when an unknown vehicle passed by and an unknown suspect fired multiple shots toward the group. The victim was struck multiple times and transported to an area hospital. The unknown suspect fled the scene.
