Houston police are investigating the shooting of a juvenile male at 6600 Maczali Drive about 11:40 a.m. last Friday (October 2).
The victim, 16, suffered a gunshot wound to the elbow and was transported to an area hospital where he is expected to survive his injury.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Detectives J. De La Torre and A. Carroll reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a reported shooting at the above address. Upon arrival, they learned the victim had been chased from his home by unknown suspects and then shot. The suspects robbed the victim of his earbuds and fled the scene in a dark-colored, four-door sedan.
