Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a female found at 6800 Capitol Street about 5:20 a.m. today (April 19).
The identity and cause of death of the female are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives J. Jorsch, D. Lunceford, K. Sampson, and A. Barr reported:
The female was found unresponsive in a parking lot at the above address. Paramedics pronounced her decease at the scene. She had sustained a minor injury to her eye, however her manner and cause of death has not been determined at this time.
The investigation is pending autopsy results.
