| Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of one man and the wounding of another at 9631 Jensen Drive about 3:15 a.m. on Sunday (January 8).
The identity of the deceased male, 23, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. The second male, 26, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant N. Lazo and Detective L. Osborn reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at a nightclub at the above address and learned an argument occurred in the parking lot and escalated into a shooting. Two men were struck and transported by private vehicles to an area hospital. Doctors pronounced one of the men deceased on Wednesday (January 11)
No charges have been filed at this time, as the investigation is continuing.
