Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 6602 Madrid Street about 7:25 p.m. on Sunday (Nov. 21).
The identity of the victim, 25, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. HPD Homicide Division Officers B. Stephens and C. Vaughn reported: The victim was in a parking lot of an apartment complex at the above address when a male approached him, shot him several times and then fled the scene on foot. Paramedics pronounced the victim deceased. The suspect is described only as a black male.
