Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male at 600 Holmes Road that occurred about 3:55 p.m. on Sunday (March 7).
The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant E. Wohlgemuth and Detective D. Williamson reported:
An unknown adult male was found in the thick brush of an undeveloped field at the above address. He had sustained what appeared ot be several gunshot wounds.
At this time, it is believed the victim was shot at a different location and then left at the above location.
There are no known witnesses or suspects.
