Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male at 4411 North Shepherd Drive about 10:05 a.m. on Friday (March 8).
The identity of the victim is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant B. Roberts and Detective J. Wallschlaeger reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call in a parking lot of an apartment complex at the above address and found the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Houston Fire Department paramedics transported him to a local hospital where doctors later pronounced him deceased.
