Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 3322 Yellowstone Boulevard

Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 3322 Yellowstone Boulevard about 2 p.m. on Thursday (May 5).

The identity of the victim, 28, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant B. Smith and Detective M. Estep reported:

Officers responded to the apartment complex at the above address and were advised a man was shot and pronounced deceased by HFD paramedics.  It is believed the victim was seated in the front passenger seat of a vehicle when two unknown suspects approached and fired several shots, striking the victim multiple times.  The suspects then fled the scene in an unknown direction.
