Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a woman that occurred at 3100 Elmside Drive about 8 p.m. last Friday (February 23).
The victim has been identified as Isha Goff, 37.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives A. Graff II and E. Torres II reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting and found Ms. Goff had been shot while in her vehicle. Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced her deceased.
A preliminary investigation determined Goff was going to her residence with her two sons, 13 and 3 years of age when two unknown male suspects approached and immediately fired shots into her vehicle. Goff was struck by the gunfire, however, her children were not inured.
The suspects are described only as two black males in their late teens to early twenties.
