Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 2536 Yorktown about 12:05 p.m. on May 29.
The victim, Sirzion C. Sowells, 21, was pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeants M. Brady and M. Casso reported:
Officers responded to a report of a deceased male at the above address. Mr. Sowells was found in the bedroom of his apartment with an apparent gunshot wound to the head.
At this time there is no known suspect, however, several items were reported missing from the apartment.
