Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man at 1000 Country Place Drive about 11:15 a.m. on Thursday (June 4).
The victim, 18, was transported to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers A. Carroll and S. Hall reported:
The victim was inside his apartment when an unknown suspect knocked on the back window of the residence. When the victim went to the window, the suspect fired several shots. The suspect then fled the scene, possibly in a small orange or red sedan.
Houston Fire Department paramedics transported the victim to the hospital with multiple gunshot wounds.
