Houston police are investigating a fatal crash in the 800 block of Holmes Road about 1:40 a.m. on Sunday (July 30).
The deceased male is identified as Kenneth Wayne Moses, 49.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant R. Dallas and Officer T. Pham reported.
Mr. Moses was driving a black Cadillac ATS eastbound at the above address, which was closed for road construction. He struck a metal barricade in the middle of the street.
Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced him deceased.
The investigation is ongoing.
