Investigation into Fatal Crash at 4100 Galveston Road

Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 4100 Galveston Road about 6:45 a.m. today (June 23).

The identity of the deceased female, 33, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant L. Ross and Officer J. Gaona reported:

The female was driving a red Toyota Camry behind a black Ford Escape, traveling southbound at the above address when her vehicle struck the Ford’s back left side. The Toyota rolled and struck a white BMW X3 traveling northbound.  Houston Fire Department paramedics were called and pronounced the female deceased at the scene.

Paramedics transported the occupants of the BMW to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the Ford was not injured.

The investigation is continuing.
