Houston police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred at 2300 West Interstate Highway 10 about 2:30 a.m. today (July 15).
The male victim was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant J. Uribe and Officer J. Johnson reported:
The victim was driving a black Jeep Wrangler eastbound at the above address when he failed to maintain a single lane and struck TxDOT sand barrels. The victim then lost control of the vehicle, causing it to roll over several times, ejecting him.
