A woman critically injured in a crash at 20600 Katy Freeway service road about 9:35 a.m. on June 21 has died.
The identity of the victim, 86, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant D. Arnold reported:
Officers responded to a one vehicle crash at the above address and learned the female driver of a silver Ford Fusion lost control of the vehicle and struck a concrete barrier. The driver was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital in critical condition.
Investigators were advised the woman was pronounced deceased today (June 28).
